Immaculate, outstanding rooms and decent amenities. The location was tranquil, at a medium distance from scarborough spa. Top-notch restaurant provided Italian dishes. Friendly reception. Furthermore, parking nearby was a bonus.

Great riverside location, spotlessly clean and unbelievable place. Very friendly professional staff were happy to help, that's a big plus. Decent unit with a fresh decor. I loved jam, pastries, milk, bread and cakes for continental breakfast, overall the food was amazing.
